Hon. Kadiru Kai Kai made another appearance before Magistrate Joseph Kobba of Pademba Road court no.2 in Freetown on a count charge of Obtaining Goods by false pretences contrary to section 32 (1) of the larceny Act 1916
According to the particulars of offence on the 2nd March 2019 in Freetown did receive men Karftans, shoes, watch, men Slippers, cap, dresses and bag all to the total value of three thousand united states dollars ($3,000) being properties of the complainant herein Rebecca Anyana Beckey by falsely pretending that he have a cheque to cash and will pay after cashing it knowing same to be false.
