The invitation was extended by beneficiaries and service providers of the PSSNYE program through a formal letter dated 15th June 2026, recognizing Ambassador Fofanah’s contributions to youth empowerment, community development, and public advocacy.

The Productive Social Safety Net and Youth Employment (PSSNYE) initiative is a World Bank-funded project implemented through the National Youth Commission (NaYCom) in partnership with CAC/AIDE. The project is designed to equip young people with practical and entrepreneurial skills that will enhance their employability and self-reliance. According to organizers, the initiative has successfully provided pedagogical and vocational skills training to approximately 1,500 young people across Port Loko City, creating opportunities for sustainable livelihoods and economic growth.

The exhibition party, slated for 26th June 2026 at 6:00 PM, will serve as a platform for beneficiaries to showcase the knowledge, innovations, and entrepreneurial ventures they have developed through the project. The event is expected to attract government officials, development partners, community stakeholders, youth groups, and members of the business community who share a common interest in advancing youth empowerment and economic transformation in Sierra Leone.

Organizers expressed confidence that Ambassador Unisa Totti Fofanah’s presence and keynote address will inspire participants and provide valuable insights into leadership, entrepreneurship, and community service. His work through the Bai Bureh Heritage Foundation has been widely recognized for supporting educational empowerment, youth development, and citizens recognition, while Public Trust Media continues to promote information dissemination and civic engagement across the country. The event is expected to reinforce the importance of investing in young people as key drivers of national development and socioeconomic progress. Let’s meet.
